Things to know About Falls Church Massage

The entrance is located at the back of the Davies Realty building (white/blue house), adjacent to the parking lot. Go down the stairs to B2 where you'll see the Falls Church Massage logo.

Parking at Falls Church Massage is easy and free. We have numerous spaces available.

There are two methods. You will receive a text message that the therapist is ready to see you. This will generally be ten minutes prior to your appointment. There is also a sloth in the window. When the sloth light is ON, you are welcome to come in.

Falls Church Massage is located on the lower level of the building. While it has it's own entrance, there are TWO steps up from the parking lot, and FOUR steps going down to the door.

Sadly, no. Sessions are appointment only. You may call or book online. Please, no walk-ins. Please wait for the sloth light in the window to be ON before knocking as a client may be in session

If you are a new client, yes. You may complete it online when you book the appointment or when you arrive.  Please be sure to arrive ten minutes early if you choose to do it in person.

By booking an appointment with Falls Church Massage you are acknowledging our same day cancelation policy and authorizing the enforcement of said policy. Credit cards used to reserve appointments will NOT be charged unless in violation of the same day cancelation policy.

Yes, Falls Church Massage accepts payment from your flexible spending account and your health savings account.

It may be helpful to make a profile on Acuity after you book so that your information is stored.

Things happen. If you are not able to make an appointment, please notify Falls Church Massage as soon as possible by email or phone.

Your time is reserved for YOU, and when you do not show up, it prevents others from booking that slot.

50% of the service fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice OR for not showing up.

Unfortunately, no. One treatment at a time.

I am here to help, not make you uncomfortable. I encourage clients to communicate when treatments are painful or uncomfortable. Adjustments can be made; pressure or techniques changed. If you're having to tense, that does no one any good. More pressure does not always mean more effective.

This is different for everyone but soreness after a massage is normal. It can last for a day up to 72 hours and it is usually similar to a post workout. 

No. You may undress to your comfort level. You will be covered and areas that are being treated will be draped appropriately.
